How do techs clock in?
From their phone or a shop tablet, on to a specific RO and stage. Clocking to a general shop code is allowed but shows up separately.
Does Crew handle flat rate and hourly?
Yes. Set each tech's pay type and rate. Efficiency is calculated the same way either way.
Can I see touch time per car?
Yes. Every RO shows clocked time per stage, which feeds the cycle time reporting.
Does it replace my time clock?
It can. Many shops keep a clock for arrival and departure and use Crew for job time.
