Body shop software built by a shop owner who got tired of being the only one who noticed.
The story
We run a collision shop. Good crew. Good work. Busy. And every single day, the owner was the one who noticed. The supplement that had been sitting for a week. The blend that got left off a big hit. The car that was promised Thursday and was still in prep. The customer who had texted twice and heard nothing.
Not because the crew was bad. Because there was no system. The system was the owner. When the owner was in the building, things got caught. When the owner was out, they didn't. A Friday off meant a phone going all day.
We looked hard at the shop software out there. Most of it was built to replace the estimating system, which nobody wants, or to show a dashboard, which is just a prettier way to be the one who notices. None of it did the noticing for us. None of it drafted the follow-up. None of it told us, at six in the morning, the three things that actually needed the owner.
So we built it, inside a working body shop, on real repair orders. Body Shop GM sits on top of CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex and does the job the owner used to do at seven in the morning with a coffee and a clipboard. It reads every RO. It catches what's missed. It chases what's stuck. It texts the owner one Rundown before the doors open, and the owner replies with a number.
It is built by a shop owner for shop owners. It is on your side, not the insurer's. It drives forward by default and a human has to stop it. That is the whole idea.

On the shop's side
We work with CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex. We never replace them. We do not sell or share your data with insurers. Every feature is judged by one question: does it put money, time, or cars back in the shop's hands?

The system drives forward by default
Follow-ups go out. Customers get texted. Dates move. Nobody has to remember to start it. A human has to stop it. Decisions with money or a promise attached wait for a person. Everything else just happens.
- 03
Fewer things only you remember
If it lives in the owner's head, it is a liability. Every rule, every threshold, every next step goes into the system where the whole shop can see it and the software can act on it.

Talk like a shop
RO, supplement, blend, DRP, cycle time. No dashboards for the sake of dashboards. No corporate filler. If we cannot explain a feature over the counter in two sentences, it is not done.
See it run your shop.
