Body Shop GM is operated by BodyShopGM, a company based in Los Angeles, California. "We", "us", and "our" mean BodyShopGM.

What we send

Body Shop GM Alerts sends text messages about:

• Demo requests, including scheduling and reminders.
• Estimate audit results and quiz results.
• Replies to messages you sent us.
• Account and product updates.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional consent box on one of our website forms and submitting the form with your mobile number. The box is never checked for you. You can submit any form without checking it.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to buy anything from Body Shop GM or to use our free tools.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your requests and your activity with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Body Shop GM does not charge for these messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you under your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Body Shop GM Alerts works with most major mobile carriers in the United States. Some carriers and some prepaid plans may not be supported.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

You confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours or that you are authorized to use it. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP first or email us so we can stop sending messages to it.

Privacy

We do not share mobile numbers, text message opt-in data, or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.Read the Privacy Policy to see how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
